Thank you for shopping with and supporting Backwoods Bougie FSM. We want every client and customer to feel confident in their purchase. Please review our return and refund policy below before purchasing products, booking services, or buying packages.

We accept eligible product returns within 14 days of purchase.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

• Unworn
• Unused
• Unwashed
• In original condition
• Free of stains, odors, damage, makeup, pet hair, or signs of wear
• Returned with original tags, packaging, or proof of purchase when applicable

Returns may be accepted for the following reasons:

• You received the wrong product
• The item arrived damaged
• The item has a manufacturer defect
• The item does not match the item purchased

We do not accept returns for items that have been worn, used, altered, damaged after purchase, or returned outside of the return window.

The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund:

• Permanent jewelry once fitted, cut, or welded
• Custom or personalized items
• Trucker hats or accessories that have been customized
• Gift cards
• Sale, clearance, or promotional items
• Opened or used beauty products
• Completed services
• No-show appointments
• Deposits or booking fees, unless otherwise stated

All completed services are non-refundable.

Treatment packages, including body contouring or T-Shape 2 packages, are non-refundable once purchased. Results vary by client, and a consultation is recommended before beginning any treatment package.

Package sessions may not be transferred to another person unless approved by management.

If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, please contact us within 3 days of receiving or purchasing the item.

Please include:

• Your name
• Date of purchase
• Description of the issue
• Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
• Proof of purchase, if available

Once reviewed, we will let you know if your return, replacement, refund, or store credit has been approved.

Please do not return any item without first contacting us for approval.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or denied.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original form of payment when possible. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to process, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If the original payment method is unavailable, store credit may be issued instead.

Shipping fees, delivery fees, deposits, and service fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error made by Backwoods Bougie FSM.
